The Platform
Through a user-friendly request form, users put vehicle details, desired parts, contact information, and attach optional photos of the required parts.
Accessing the platform involves scanning a QR code placed on stickers and magnets which are affixed to hoists or walls near to where the work is taking place.
Mechanics scan the QR code to access the platform on their mobile devices and insert the parts they require for quotes from dismantlers.
Upon submission, requests are transmitted to WrecKonnect approved suppliers who quote available parts they have in stock. Quotes include crucial details such as part condition, warranty, and shipping times.
Users receive notifications in their accounts, enabling informed purchasing decisions based on price, condition, warranty, and shipping time.
Online orders are completed using various payment methods, including credit cards, Capricorn, or existing supplier accounts.
